Standard production time is typically 7 to 14 business days after artwork approval. Rush production is available for many items. We recommend planning at least 3 to 4 weeks before your event or campaign launch date to allow time for design, approval, production, and shipping.

Yes. We provide digital proofs for every order before production begins. We do not proceed to production without your explicit approval of the design proof.

Pricing varies based on product type, quantity, materials, and decoration method. Higher quantities reduce the per-unit cost. We work with clients across a range of budgets and always recommend products that deliver the best brand value — not simply the cheapest option.

Do I need to provide my own artwork?

No. We provide full graphic design services as part of our process. If you have existing brand guidelines or artwork files we work within them. If you don’t, we design from scratch. Either way, every order goes through our design process before production.

For best print results we prefer vector files — specifically .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or .PDF formats. Vector files scale to any size without losing quality. If you only have a .JPG or .PNG we can assess whether it is suitable or recreate it as a vector file.

A vector file is built from mathematical paths rather than pixels. Unlike raster images, vector files can be scaled to any size — from a small pen to a large banner — without losing quality. For promotional products that vary widely in size and material, vector artwork is essential for professional results.

Yes. We offer logo refinement and redesign as part of our graphic design services. If your existing logo needs to be cleaned up, converted to vector, or updated for a rebrand, we handle that as part of the engagement.
